gregoryTALL is the president and founder of Successions. Gregory is a high-energy human capital professional with over 10 years of experience in hiring, performance management and career advising. He possesses a supernatural ability to engage audiences with his infectious positivity and sense of humor. Audiences enjoy Gregory's presentations because of his unrelenting commitment to educate and engage them. Gregory does more than just present . . . he creates and delivers educational experiences. Gregory describes himself as "part educator, part entertainer and total professional."

In his career, Gregory has been an HR director, a corporate recruiter, a career advisor and a college instructor. In addition to his work with Successions, Gregory also is the Director of Talent Acquisition and Professional Development for one of Chicagoland's fastest-growing private universities. Gregory's expertise and lively presentation style have led to repeated requests for him as a keynote speaker, trainer and workshop facilitator.

Gregory founded Successions to bring his enthusiasm to what he most enjoys: educating, inspiring, and coaching people to excel personally and professionally.

Gregory holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, a contributing author for Yahoo! Voices and New Futuro and a long-time member of the Jobs for Youth Chicago Employer Advisory Council.
